The hotel was lovely, with clean and bright rooms that had everything we needed. However, there was a minor issue with a cleaner's cloth left on the floor, and the two single beds could have been better. The service was top-notch, with very helpful staff, although there was a strange incident with a lift key. The location was perfect for exploring Cornwall, being central for various attractions and near motorway access. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.

Staying at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean, modern, and great value for money, especially facing the countryside at the back of the hotel. The service was top-notch with very friendly staff. The location was just perfect for exploring Cornwall. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.

The service was superb, with very friendly and polite staff. The young lad at breakfast was particularly welcoming. Pet amenities were provided, and they even left treats for the dog along with tea/coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway, making it a great base to explore different parts of Cornwall with a good evening menu available. The service was excellent with exceptionally polite and helpful staff, though some attention to food safety could be improved. The rooms, while fairly small, were clean and spacious with a minor inconvenience regarding the sofa bed. Overall, a good value for money stopover ahead of our holiday in Cornwall.
